Brynlee Maisyn Co. is committed to processing orders promptly. We do our best to ship items as soon as possible, however please allow 3-5 business days after placing your order for the items to ship. Once the items have shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Shipping times will vary depending on the location the items are being shipped to.

All items are shipped from our office in Williston, ND.

We only offer shipping to the U.S. at this time. However, we plan to offer international shipping in the near future so check back often!

Brynlee Maisyn Co. is not responsible for lost or damaged merchandise. Please check with your local post office using the tracking number provided. We do encourage you to reach out to us at and we will do everything we can to assist you with finding your package.

Our shipping rates come from USPS and are determined by the weight of the items being shipped and the location the items are being shipped to.

Customer satisfaction is very important to us! If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns must be received unworn, unwashed, and in NEW condition with original clothing tags. Please note we do not accept returns for swimsuits, or personalized items. Due to the nature of SALE and/or CLOSEOUT, these items are not eligible for return. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
