How can I contact you?

You can contact us via email at hello@brynleemaisynco.com or via live chat on the website during our business hours; Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm. 

Can I return/exchange an item?

Yes! Customer satisfaction is very important to us! If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns must be received unworn, unwashed, and in NEW condition with original clothing tags. Please note we do not accept returns for swimsuits, or personalized items. Due to the nature of SALE and/or CLOSEOUT, these items are not eligible for return. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Damaged items must be reported within 5 days of receiving your order to hello@brynleemaisynco.com.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@brynleemaisynco.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Where do you ship from?

All items ship from our office in Williston, ND.

How long does shipping take?

We do our best to ship items as soon as possible, however please allow 3-5 business days after placing your order for the items to ship. Once the items have shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Shipping times will vary depending on the location the items are being shipped to.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately we can only ship to the U.S. at this time. However, we plan to offer international shipping in the near future so check back often!

What if my package says delivered but I haven't received it?

Please check with your local post office using the tracking number provided. Brynlee Maisyn Co. is not responsible for lost merchandise, but please don't hesitate to reach out to us at hello@brynleemaisynco.com and we will do everything we can to assist you with finding your package.

How much does shipping cost?

Our shipping rates come from USPS and are determined by the weight of the items being shipped and the location the items are being shipped to.

Do you offer collaborations?

Yes! Pease send all of your information to hello@brynleemaisynco.com and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

Do you offer discount codes?

If you sign up for our newsletter you will receive a discount code! Check your email after signing up and your code should be there. Make sure to check your spam/junk folder if you don't see it right away.
